Some of my wigs are glueless. Please refer to each product description to check if the unit is glueless or requires adhesive.  Also glue-less wigs are custom made as the lace has to be cut to fit.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, orders are considered final due to custom processing.

Yes! Custom colouring and styling (e.g. curls, layers, cuts) are available as optional add-ons during the order process.

You sure can. I offer wig maintenance and closure replacement services. Just select the “Wig Customisation” option and follow the form.

I currently ship to the UK, Ireland, and the EU. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region.

Ready-to-ship wigs and products are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Custom wig orders take 7–21 business days. BYOB normally takes 3 days unless we have agreed a specific date.  Rush orders will be accepted depending on workload.

Yes, Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm) is available for urgent UK orders. NOT INCLUDING CUSTOM WIGS

Yes, tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped. THIS ALSO DEPENDS ON YOUR SHIPPING CHOICE AT CHECKOUT

Returns are accepted only if the wrong item is sent or the item is damaged. Wigs, adhesives, and wig caps are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.  Custom Orders are not refundable as it has been designed to your specifications and with your consent.. Ready to Wear wigs can be returned as long as the item is in its original packaging, and not dyed, bleached, any hair products used on the hair.

Please contact me within 14 days with your order number and reason. I will review the request and guide you through the process.

Exchanges are possible if the wig has not been worn or altered and the reason falls within return policy terms. And also if the exchanged wig is in stock.

Yes! It’s perfect for beginners, beauty lovers, and busy women who want salon-style lashes in minutes — without the cost or appointment.

With proper application and care, the lashes can last up to 7-14 days. For shorter wear (1–3 days), use less bond and lighter clusters.. I wear mine daily I can comfortably get up-to 14 days hold with them. 

Yes, the 2-in-1 bond is designed to offer a secure hold even on oily skin. Just make sure your lashes are clean and oil-free before applying.

Yes, you can sleep in them — though for best longevity, try to avoid rubbing your eyes or sleeping face-down.

The clusters are not designed to be reused, especially after bonding. However, with gentle removal and care, some customers reuse them once.

While possible, I recommend using the included Lash Fusion bond and sealant for best results. It’s formulated specifically for the weight and design of the clusters.

Use the included Lash Fusion remover or an oil-based remover. Apply it to the base of your lashes, let it sit for 1–2 minutes, and gently slide off the clusters.

Yes! Lash Fusion lashes are 100% cruelty-free and designed with comfort and lash health in mind.
