Confidence begins the moment you order. I ship with Royal Mail for reliable, trackable delivery across the UK, Ireland, the EU and the USA.

Christmas 2025 – Royal Mail Last Posting Dates

I ship all Evara Wigs orders with Royal Mail using Click & Drop. To help your parcel arrive in time for Christmas, please note Royal Mail’s last recommended posting dates for 2025:

• 2nd Class & 2nd Class Signed For – send by Wednesday 17 December 2025
• Tracked 48® – send by Friday 19 December 2025
• 1st Class & 1st Class Signed For – send by Saturday 20 December 2025
• Tracked 24® – send by Sunday 21 December 2025
• Special Delivery Guaranteed® – send by Tuesday 23 December 2025

These dates are set by Royal Mail and apply whether I buy postage online through Click & Drop or over the counter. They’re correct at the time of publishing but may change if Royal Mail updates their guidance, so I always recommend ordering as early as you can during the festive period.

United Kingdom

• Standard Tracked (Royal Mail Tracked 48) — delivery aim 2–3 working days.
• Guaranteed by 1pm (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®) — next working day by 1pm, guaranteed.

Ireland & EU

• International Tracked — end-to-end tracking with delivery aim typically 3–7 working days (varies by destination).

United States

• USA Tracked Shipping — full tracking with signature on delivery. Delivery aim 6–7 working days.

All international orders include tracked services as standard for your peace of mind.

Shipping costs & free delivery

Costs are calculated at checkout based on your basket and region.

Free shipping:

• UK & Ireland: £100+ (sent by a tracked service)
• EU: £150+ (sent by International Tracked)
• USA: Not currently available

USA shipping rates by weight:

• Wig caps & light accessories: £16.95
• Full wigs: £19.95
• Multiple wigs or bundles: £24.95

Processing & dispatch

• Processing time: 1–2 working days.
• Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 (midday) may dispatch the next working day.
• Weekends & public holidays: No dispatch unless pre-arranged.

Tracking & notifications

• You’ll receive a dispatch email with your Royal Mail tracking number.
• Tracked services show scans as your parcel moves through the network.
• Special Delivery includes guaranteed delivery by 1pm on the next working day to most UK postcodes.

For high-value orders I may purchase additional compensation/insurance with Royal Mail at my discretion.

Delivery timeframes (summary)

• UK Tracked 48: 2–3 working days (aim)
• UK Special Delivery by 1pm: next working day by 1pm (guaranteed)
• Ireland/EU International Tracked: typically 3–7 working days (aim)
• USA International Tracked: typically 6–7 working days (aim)

Times are business days and exclude weekends/bank holidays. Remote areas and seasonal peaks may take longer.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address (including Eircode for Ireland, correct EU postcodes, and full state/ZIP code for USA orders). I can’t accept liability for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Missed, delayed or lost parcels

• If your parcel is delayed beyond the service’s expected timeframe, please contact me.
• I will open an enquiry with Royal Mail and keep you updated.
• Royal Mail considers a parcel lost only after their investigation window; once confirmed, I’ll resolve this in line with the service’s compensation rules and our store policy.

Customs, VAT & duties (Ireland/EU/USA)

• EU & Ireland: Orders may be subject to import VAT, duties and handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are paid by the customer.
• USA: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes when they arrive in the USA. These charges are set by US customs and are the customer’s responsibility – they’re not included in my shipping prices. Most personal wig orders under $800 don’t typically incur duties, but customs regulations can vary.
• I provide full customs declarations electronically and on your parcel to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Packaging & sustainability

I use sturdy, branded packaging to protect your order in transit. Where possible, I will choose recyclable materials and right-size boxes to reduce waste.
